My wife and I would highly recommend Mike for any of your real estate needs. We have bought and sold four houses in four different markets in the last eight years, and Mike Williams was without a doubt the best of the bunch. As you know, the San Diego marketplace has been going crazy. We bought a townhome for 292k in 2001. We decided to use Mike to sell our property in 2003, since we were moving to another location. Mike did his homework and valued our property at 485k. We couldn't believe it was worth this much, but trusted his expertise. Quickly, we had an offer on the table for 460k, a nice profit. We were tempted to grab the offer and take our profit off the table. After discussions with Mike, he insisted that the value he had put to the house was the correct value, and that it would be wise to pass on the contract. We trusted his instinct and expertise--- to the tune of a full price/cash offer within the week. Many realtors would have taken the quick/easy sale. Mike did his homework and got us the extra 25k. |
